WARRANTY

All SPD Mags’ manufactured products bring a lifetime warranty against failures or defects in workmanship, materials, manufacturing, and mechanical function.

SPD Mags’ lifetime warranty does Not cover misuse of a product or intentional damage/destruction or incorrect disassembly or assembly. Also, the cable cutting with any type of sharp instrument is not typical of the magazine.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

The following warranty claim process will be followed with No Exceptions.

  1. If you are having trouble, (even after having followed the instructions for use, assembly, and disassembly.) and you believe that the product is defective from the factory. Email customerservice@spdmags.com whit a description of your issue. Photos are helpful.
  2. If we determine that your product needs to be replaced, we will send you a shipping label with an RMA number.
  3. Print off the shipping label and drop it at the UPS office to return to us.
  4. We will replace your product and ship it back to you.
